About me

Let me tell you a little about myself, how I got here, and what I can offer you.

I’m Sarah Farrow, and I help people and organisations make things happen, clearly, calmly and with impact. Whether it’s facilitating a new strategy, leading communication, driving engagement or delivering major change, I support others to do their best work and make meaningful progress.

I started my career two decades ago on the shop floor, and I worked my way up through management, operations, and leadership. That grounding has stayed with me so I understand how organisations really work, and how to connect strategy with the people who make it happen.

Most recently, I’ve been leading communications and external relations at a national youth organisation. I built the function from the ground up, created a new strategy, and changed the way the organisation engaged with its staff, stakeholders and government. I’ve managed over 100 high-level visits from MPs and Ministers, developed new channels like podcasts, and supported national events such as The Queen’s Jubilee and The King’s Coronation. I was proud to be awarded a Coronation Medal in recognition of that work.

Before that, I led national sales strategy, helped steer the organisation through COVID, and managed key government partnerships and contracts. I’ve worked closely with CEOs, coached teams through transformation, and delivered results in both the public and private sectors.  I’ve led operations, managed budgets, developed messaging, built relationships, and delivered under pressure, always with a people-first approach.

I’m often brought in when something needs fixing, shaping, or fixing. I’m known for staying calm, building trust, and quietly getting things done. I ask good questions, listen well, and bring clarity where it’s needed most.

My work spans facilitation, strategic communications, creative content, engagement, and sales. That might look like designing a stakeholder strategy, writing speeches, running high-stakes workshops, helping a CEO prepare for a Ministerial meeting, crafting a pitch that lands, or training your team to do this themselves.

I bring a calm, thoughtful approach, a deep understanding of people, systems, operations, and a track record of delivering in complex environments.

If that sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, let’s have a conversation.
